Synopsis:
Detective Brice is about to nail The BlackList Cobra Ninja Clan, run by the nortorious Ninja leader Vincent KaKaro , when Devin "The Hitman" Parks has his prized Kickboxing student murdered by Kakaro's clan he joins forces with his long time friend Dragon Kai who has also just learned from an old friend that Kakaro is the one responsible for his sisters murder. Devin and Dragon Kai prepare to destroy Kakaro and his Black List Cobras before Detective Brice can bring Kakaro's entire operation down.
