Below is another review, by action movies reviews

I checked this one out fast because martial arts films are my kick, however the term streetfighter used in conjunction with this genre usually means bad movie. I watched it twice just to make sure I was seeing what I was, a film shot as an old seventies kung fu flick, but shot by modern standards, even with dubbed over sound effects, and a quirky sound track, it was just like sitting in a cheap theatre in the 80's and watching an old shaw brothers or golden harvest production, AMAZING JOB! just like a blast from the past, and I throughly enjoyed watcing it,  first off this film is a lo-budget independant film and it also happens to be The directors (David Daze)debut film, and I was dam impressed with his work, the speed in which he started and finished his film is impressive as hell for a first time out film maker, let alone producing , directing, starring, and doing stunt work and overseeing this entire movie and doing so on a mere budget, is astonishing. He's a one man movie making army, and this movie is by far the best made in the entire martial arts streetfighter genre. David Daze certainly proved his point of making one kool action flick. The story is intresting, but the fight scenes are what I really liked best about it, I understand this entire trilogy will be just a single feature film when the other parts are finished, personally I would like to see more of  this new directors work, right now there are a handful of truly cutting edge independant directors, Tarantino, Rodriques, Guy Ritchie, Rob Zombie to name a few,and then there are a ton of directors emulating these guys work in their films, but what I am most impressed with  about director David Daze is his own unique vision, approach  and style of movie making emerging here, Thats what truely seperates these directors apart from each other.
